Paula Templeton is a native Oklahoman, graduated from Wagoner High School, and attended Northeastern State University. Paula brings over thirty years of experience to the table, specific to Wagoner County and surrounding areas; she focuses on residential properties but is well rounded as a commercial real estate agent as well.  Paula formerly served as the Program Coordinator for the Wagoner County Conservation District and has considerable experience with governmental business transactions and legislative outreach. Her extensive experience allows her to provide Competitive Market Analysis, and Good Faith Estimates, keeping her clients informed of progress and real-time changes in the housing market. While her organizational skills are unsurpassed, and she is clearly familiar with all avenues of the buying and selling process, Paula is first and foremost, a people person.
